As an arranger, you create adventures, define puzzles, and invite players. You are solely responsible for that content and for obtaining any rights, releases, or consents needed (including location-based gating in places where consent is required, and consent from minors' guardians).
We don't review arranger content. Other users may flag content via hello@zonventure.com; we may remove flagged content at our discretion.
Players opt into geolocation explicitly via the browser permission prompt on the play page. Arrangers must inform players what data is collected during an event and link them to our Privacy Policy before the event starts.
Paid features (e.g. team-slot assignments) are billed through Stripe. Charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where we choose to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests: hello@zonventure.com.

We aim for high availability but make no specific uptime guarantees. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages happen. Plan critical events with this in mind.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security or legal risk to the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Zonventure AB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
